Ingredients
1 Banana
2 Egg
80 g Rolled oats
Old-fashioned rolled oats
1 tsp Baking powder
Raising agent for batters
60 ml Milk
10 g Butter
¼ tsp Salt
Steps
Blend the batter
Put the banana, eggs, oats, baking powder, milk and salt in a blender. Blend until smooth.
Rest
Let the batter stand while the pan heats. The oats take up some liquid and the batter gets thicker.

Heat the pan
Melt a little butter in a non-stick pan over medium heat.
Cook the pancakes
Pour about 3 tablespoons of batter for each pancake. Cook until bubbles show on top, then turn and cook 1 more minute. Add butter to the pan between batches.
