Ingredients
100 g Rolled oats
Old-fashioned rolled oats
200 ml Milk
100 g Greek yoghurt
Thick plain yoghurt
1 tbsp Chia seeds
Small seeds that thicken liquid
2 tsp Honey
80 g Blueberry
6 Strawberry
Steps
Mix the base
Put the oats, milk, yoghurt, chia seeds and honey in a bowl. Stir well so no dry oats stay on the bottom.
Fill the jars
Divide the mixture between two jars or boxes with lids.
Chill
Close the jars and put them in the fridge for at least 6 hours, or overnight.
Top and eat
Slice the strawberries. Stir the oats, add a splash of milk if they are too thick, then add the berries on top.
